Return and Refund

Return Policy

We hope you will be more than satisfied with any product purchased from Tochelle, but if you wish to return any item/s, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We do not sell used products and will therefore not accept any products back with any indication that they have been used, for example tags missing. In such cases, the products will be returned to the purchaser.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item, we currently do not offer pre-paid returns. 

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

To be eligible for the Money Back Guarantee or Refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be in the original packaging and must not be damaged.
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • The shipping cost is not refundable.
  • Return must be approved by customer support (do not send back to the address on your package).
